Re: Strongest starting 11 when everyone is fit?
I can't see anyone picking the Norwegian(and I don't mean Samuelsen) in their best eleven, yet he was going to be the answer for the DM position when he arrived. Perhaps it's because he's pretty shit I suppose.

Reference Arthur, I too have been pleasantly surprised how good the bloke is. When Cresswell is fit,I have a feeling he could switch to centre back when needed. He looks very solid in defence and is good in the air. I have great hopes for this lad.

Masuaku has shown himself to be streets ahead of Cresswell.

Exactly as I would have it.

So is Cresswell? I don't think I've ever seen Cresswell use his right foot.

Re: Strongest starting 11 when everyone is fit?
My only worry about Masuaku is that he's one of the most one footed players I've ever seen. Could be that the opposition could work out how to get past him or draw a foul too easily.

How Lanzini doesn't make that list is baffling.

You can flip a coin for Cresswell or Masuaku for me, I have been very, very impressed with Masuaku.

What have you made of Masuaku's performances so far?

Adrian

Arbeloa Reid Ogbonna Cresswell

Kouyate Lanzini

Feghouli Ayew Payet

Zaza

Subs: Randolph, Ginge, Masuaku, Noble, Antonio, Carroll

All the new players, particularly Arbeloa, Ayew, Feghouli and Nordveidt might get in but will need to prove themselves worthy of a place. Zaza gets in anyway by default just because he can't be worse than our other options.

Re: Strongest starting 11 when everyone is fit?
What I like here is that I, and most others, it seems, always have to leave one or two or even three out, which is a good sign.

Luxury problems, if the unthinkable were to happen and we were to have a fully fit squad.

Re: Strongest starting 11 when everyone is fit?
The idea that in todays football there is a first XI is a bit off the mark.

Depends on who and where we are playing.

The names that would regularly feature whatever the opposition home or away for me would be.

Adrian
Reid
Ogbonna
Creswell
Antonio
Nobel
Payet

The rest depends.

How your tune has changed.

I am not a betting man so throw some odds at me. Would not even know what kind of odds can be offered. The odds must be excellent though as no one seems to believe in him..

Massive competition for those forward positions. Antonio/Feghouli will be an interesting one to watch.

Apart from when he scored against us for Juventus

Apart from that penalty, I bet most haven't seen much or anything of Zaza. So his inclusion is based on hope. A couple of poor games and people will be gagging for Carroll.

im pretty sure in Bilic's head Feghouli was his first choice right winger and Antonio a right back. Will be interesting to see what happens when both are fully fit.

I didn't say he's the worst, I said he wasn't the best.

What odds on Antonio not finishing top scorer will you give me?
